Discord bot

When you use the bot, it stores: your Discord user ID, the server ID, your gold balance, your catch history (fish name and value), and the server settings an admin has chosen. Message content is only read to detect commands that start with ! and is not stored. Data is kept until a server admin asks for deletion or the bot is removed from the server and the data is deleted.

Settings website

If you log in with Discord, the site receives your Discord username, your user ID, and the list of servers you manage, so it can show you the right settings. A session cookie keeps you logged in for up to 7 days. It is strictly necessary, and you can end the session with the logout button.

Hosting

This site is served through Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver and protect the site. The bot runs on a private server.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by email. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
